You can create a task in the OpenStreetMap US Tasking Manager, contribute to an existing task, or map with the theme in a place you are most interested. The 9th annual State of the Map US was held in Minneapolis, Minnesota from September 5-8. Thank you to all of the speakers, organizers, volunteers and attendees who made it such a wonderful event! Grace Hopper Celebration - Open Source Day 2019

OpenStreetMap US & HOT partnered to lead a hackathon for Grace Hopper Celebration Open Source Day. Maggie Cawley & Jess Beutler trained new mappers from 12 states & 1 province & added nearly 1,000 buildings to the map. Maggie also had the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion about the importance of open source.
