This Month's Map Feature ~ Health Clinics
In support of AIDS Awareness Month, join your fellow mappers to help map health clinics in your town. Do they offer free HIV testing? Are they public? You can create a task in the OSM US Tasking Manager or map in a familiar place. Learn more about tagging health facilities. 
Does your neighborhood or organization need help mapping? Let us know!
Recent Events
OSM Geography Awareness Week 2019
Thanks to many of you who participated in another successful OSM GeoWeek!  From November 10 to 16, the mapping community hosted 150+ events supporting tasks, many related to climate change. GIS day was also celebrated across the US!

Geography2050 was held in NYC November 21-22. TeachOSM led two workshops with 50 AP Human Geography teachers, including a street survey in Harlem. In addition, OSM US participated in conversations with the Ethical Geo Winners.

Regional State of the Map Conferences
State of the Map Asia was held in Dhaka, Bangladesh November 1-2. Find event photos on Flickr. The next SOTM Asia will be held in Sri Lanka in 2020!

The 2nd State of the Map Africa was held in Grand Bassam, Ivory Coast November 22-24. Find more information on the website or Twitter account. 

The 5th State of the Map LatAm was held in Encarnaci√≥n, Paraguay November 14-16. Find more information on the website or Twitter account. 

OpenStreetMap Foundation Board Election 

Foundation members will vote to elect a new board at the 2019 Annual General Meeting. Candidate manifestos and answers to community questions are now on the OSMF Wiki. Four seats are open. Voting opens December 7!

OpenStreetMap US Community Organizers Unite!

Are you organizing an OpenStreetMap related event in your town? Make sure it is listed on the Wiki to be invited to the 1st virtual US community organizer Round Up! Meet other organizers and let's find ways to support your efforts!

OpenStreetMap US Board Elections
