OpenStreetMap US is governed by a five-seat Board of Directors, elected by our membership. Elections are held annually. Board members serve two-year terms.

Incumbent Board
Matt is a hobbyist mapper from Redmond, Washington. He is currently obsessed with building tooling and practices to get public domain datasets into OSM. His projects include the GNIS National File and the National Address Database.
Kiri works at the intersection of geospatial literacy, open data, and community-driven technology. She brings over a decade of experience supporting geospatial research, disaster mitigation, and public-sector programs, and is deeply committed to open, accessible, and community-governed mapping.
Jazzy is an educator, community builder, and artist with deep cross-sector experience spanning academia, K–12 education, the nonprofit sector, and the arts. She brings a strong foundation in operational knowledge and a people-centered approach to systems-building, always guided by a commitment to equity and inclusion.
Harrison is a hobbyist mapper, Wikipedian, community gardener, and cyclist based in Brooklyn, NY. Professionally, he is a non-profit accountant supporting a variety of small and mid-size human service organizations. As a mapper he is focused on pedestrian infrastructure. He lends his non-profit accounting experience to OSM US as the board treasurer and sits on the OSMF Finance Committee.
Quincy is a mapper and open source developer focused on helping people to contribute and benefit from OpenStreetMap data. His projects include themap.is, Beefsteak map tiles, Pinhead map icons, and OSM 411. He has previously worked on iD, Field Papers, and OpenTrailMap. When not at his desk, you can find Quincy surveying out of the way places by foot, bike, kayak, or train.
