OpenStreetMap US and Mapillary are excited to announce a new camera grant program to support street-level imagery collection. This program will provide 360º GoPro Max cameras and mounting equipment to people looking to improve OSM in their area.
Cameras are limited and will go to those with a track record of contributions to OSM and Mapillary. Each camera will include accessories to support collection on foot and by car to help you cover a wide range of areas.
In this talk we will through the equipment on offer, how to apply, and the selection criteria. We’re really excited to improve street-level imagery coverage throughout the US.
