OpenStreetMap US

This session explores the effort to map all 398 bus stops on the 16 FXBGO! local routes in Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania, Virginia. By surveying each stop, capturing images for Wikimedia Commons, and updating OpenStreetMap, this project aims to improve public transit accessibility for locals and tourists in a historically significant area. Learn how community-driven mapping can enhance transportation equity and navigation!
