OpenStreetMap US

OpenStreetMap (OSM) serves as an invaluable tool in the science classroom, offering students hands-on experience with real-world data. From mapping the impacts of earthquakes to exploring carbon sequestration in climate science, OSM allows students to engage with data in meaningful ways. This session will showcase how OSM can be integrated into various topics to enhance spatial thinking, foster global awareness, and build critical problem-solving skills.
