The State of Maryland has benefited from multiple imports of county buildings and addresses. My goal was to add addressed buildings in Howard County. The plan started with a bicycle, GPS and GoPro camera. How well could I execute that plan? How about an import? What happened to that import when RapiD and JOSM editors started to include AI-generated and authoritative open data? And lastly, I’ll discuss statistics and tools used to determine completeness.
