OpenStreetMap US

Map Kibera began 10 years ago to support young people from the slums of Nairobi to put their community on OpenStreetMap. The map was created quickly; connecting that map to change continues today. Erica and Mikel will reflect on the individual moments of triumph and struggle, examine the influence of Map Kibera around the world, assess the direct impact on places across Kenya, and project what the next 10 years hold.
