In 2022 the LYRASIS library awarded me a grant to study LIDAR as it relates to reviewing spaces for blind, low-vision, and wheelchair users. We learned some valuable lessons, succeeded and failed in various projects, and ultimately were able to highlight the value of OSM in workflows. This overview will look at a few tools we used - from iPads to laser cutters and how we’re connecting with our community.
