Volunteer
This conference would not happen without the volunteers working behind the scenes. Our interest form is now open if you’d like to volunteer at our registration table, moderate rooms, go on a beer run with our Executive Director, or help out with any other odd job during the conference. Volunteers will choose their specific assignments and time slots at a later date, but all volunteers who sign up for four or more total hours of volunteering receive a $100 ticket to the conference. Apply for a Fellowship
The application for State of the Map US 2026 Fellowships has now closed. If you applied, stay tuned for a decision by the first week of March.
Call for Proposals
The primary Call for Proposals has closed, but we have extended the deadline to submit a poster for our Poster Session! When submitting a poster idea, please use the following application form and be sure to review the Poster Guidelines document. We will accept entries on a rolling basis and close the application once all available spots have been filled. Submit a poster ➔
Code of Conduct
All conference particpants are subject to the OpenStreetMap US Code of Conduct. Please take a moment to review the document, and remember to be respectful. Conference participants violating the Code of Conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
