Ecuador is a country with more than forty volcanoes in its territory, several of them active and many with cities and communities around them. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the policies and strategies for Risk Management, expanding the amount of geospatial information available. The process of mapping or collecting information from vulnerable communities and potential evacuation routes was carried out through OpenStreetMap applications such as Mapillary, Organic Maps and Street Complete and thus provide geospatial data that serve as an input for risk management in the event of eventual eruptions. The project was an initiative of AEON art Gallery, Openlab Ecuador, Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team and GeoMap ESPE from YouthMappers.
