A shared discussion among panelists and the audience on the purpose and merit of various degrees of “officialness” OSM data verification. The goal of this discussion is to come away with a well-defined problem and opportunity space for:
- If/how OSM data can be reflected as “verified”?
- How could/should OSM mirror systems of record?
- If yes, who should be able to validate what?
- Processes for performing the validation?
- Processes for resolving differences.
