OpenStreetMap US

The schedule for State of the Map US, happening April 12 and 13 in Washington, DC, is now live.

Head over to the schedule on the conference website to find descriptions on the 42 talks on improving the map, strengthening our community, aerial mapping, designing maps, and using OpenStreetMap in government, business and humanitarian organizations.

Our goal was to put together a schedule that reflects the diversity of the OpenStreetMap project and design a conference that brings together people to share their experiences and exchange their ideas about the future of OpenStreetMap. Your submissions made this possible.

Aside from the actual session tracks, expect lightning talks, introductory workshops and space for ad-hoc birds of a feather sessions. On April 14, the day after the conference, we are hosting a hands-on sprint day at the American Red Cross.

If you haven’t booked accommodation yet, take a look at the discounted hotel rates we have secured.

Looking forward to seeing you in DC.
