Rapid is an advanced editing tool for OpenStreetMap - easy enough for beginners to use, but powerful enough to work in the most densely mapped places. Since releasing the WebGL powered Rapid v2 last year, we’ve made steady progress shipping features to help our users map faster and more correctly, using open data supplied by partners at Meta, Microsoft, Esri, and Overture.
In this talk we share our progress made over the past year, and our vision for the future of crowdsourced mapping.
